Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a great choice for families traveling with kids, offering spacious and clean rooms with a pull-out bed in the sofa for the little ones to enjoy. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the kids to move around. However, the dining experience was not up to par compared to other options in terms of value for money.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were spacious and clean, with a wonderful tub that reminded me of my time in London with Molton Brown amenities. The only hiccup was a mix-up in the reservation dates, but overall, a very nice experience.
I had a mixed experience staying at the hotel. The location was great, right downtown, which was perfect for traveling with kids. However, the overall condition of the rooms was disappointing due to a lack of maintenance and poor management.
I was pleasantly surprised by the enormous and stylishly appointed room, but unfortunately, the general lack of maintenance and poor management was evident, taking away from the overall experience. The hotel staff was a mix of really nice and helpful individuals and others showing below-par service. The location was great for accessing downtown amenities, but some aspects, especially the attitude from management, were completely inappropriate and disrespectful.
The hotel offers very nice and stylishly appointed rooms, but shows a general lack of maintenance and poor management. The building is enormous, with the bathroom alone being larger than some boutique hotel rooms. The free breakfast, however, was disappointing and of low quality.
The hotel had a really big and comfortable bed, making it great for families with kids. The room was a bit hot, but nothing major. The service was top-notch, very courteous, and helpful in every way. The location was exactly as expected, with great nearby amenities. The dining experience was comparable but missing part of the order.
